About the Resource Center

What this is

The Compliance Prime Resource Center is a library of practical tools for compliance teams working in affordable housing, payroll, HR, accounting and finance. It exists because most compliance material is either a PDF that went out of date the week it was published, or a paywalled course nobody has time to sit through.

Everything here is one of 10 formats:

• Templates — Downloadable policies and ready-to-use documents.

• Glossary — plain-English definitions of the terms you will meet in an audit.

How materials are produced

Contributors hold practising credentials in the areas they write about — MHM, HCCP, CPP and SHRM-SCP among them. Each guide is reviewed by at least two subject-matter experts before it is published, and the reviewer count is shown on the resource itself where it applies.

Materials are re-versioned within 30 days of a regulatory change that affects them. Every downloadable document is generated from the current version of its page at the moment you request it, so a download you take today reflects today’s content rather than whenever a file was last uploaded.

Calculators

Calculators are built in code and reviewed like any other material. Where a calculator’s formula has not yet completed review, the tool shows its inputs and states plainly that no result is available, rather than displaying an estimate. An unreviewed compliance figure is worse than no figure, because someone may rely on it for an actual certification or payroll run.

What free access means

Every resource currently in the Resource Center is free. Some ask for your name and email once before they open. That single unlock applies to everything else — you will not be asked again, and there is no account or password to manage.

Educational content, not legal advice. Regulations differ by jurisdiction and change often. Verify anything here against the current rule text, and involve counsel where the stakes warrant it.
