Checklist
NSPIRE Pre-Inspection Walkthrough Checklist
Items your maintenance team should verify in every unit before a HUD NSPIRE inspection.
Work this checklist in every sampled unit before an inspector arrives. It is organised so a two-person team can complete a unit in a single pass.
Items are labelled by severity. Anything marked critical presents an immediate health or safety risk and should be corrected before the inspection, not noted for later.
How to use this checklist
Print or export the checklist, walk each unit with it, and record the unit number on every copy you complete.
